When performing street magic, you need to be wary of how strong your magic is and structure your routine accordingly. Its generally best to start off with something light then build up to your stronger effects.
Assuming you are performing a three trick set, you may want to open with a short, quick trick that grabs peoples attention. This could be something like a sponge ball production or chop cup routine. Any kind of puzzle or optical illusion also is a great way to open a set of tricks.
Your next effect can be longer and perhaps more 'serious' as the audience are now paying attention. Your next trick could involve a story or something with a bit more talking.
You ideally want to leave your best trick to last. If you don't and do your strongest trick at the start or end of your routine, all the tricks that you perform after are less impressive and can be a bit of an anti climax in the eyes of the spectator.
